For applicants under 18 traveling without a parent or legal representative, a notarized copy of the birth certificate, permission from parents or a legitimate representative, and copies of identification documents are required.

The validity period of the passport or other travel document must exceed the expected visa validity period by at least 3 months.

Visa processing begins only after all required documents have been submitted to the consular section. Processing time is up to 10 days.

The state fee for visa issuance is determined by the appropriate law of the Republic of Azerbaijan and must be paid to the bank account of the Embassy of Azerbaijan upon verification of the visa application by the consular. The state fee is non-refundable regardless of the application result.
